The JQA Single Bag Filter Housings adopts a top-inlet, bottom-outlet filtration method, featuring integral casting, compact structure, and durable design. The filter top cover, fastened by bolts and integrally cast, can withstand higher pressure. The top cover directly seals and presses against the filter bag, providing better sealing performance with absolutely no bypass leakage. Since the liquid medium enters the filter from the top and flows downward, the liquid is evenly distributed across the entire filtration surface of the filter bag, keeping the fluid distribution across the entire layer basically constant. This minimizes the negative impact of turbulence on the filter bag, resulting in good filtration efficiency and long service life.
