Product Introduction：Filter bags are a form of deep filtration. The entire filter layer, in the direction of depth, forms a three-dimensional loose porous structure composed of fibers. From the inside out, it transitions from loose to dense, creating a graded filtration effect, which can increase throughput and impurity holding capacity. The needle-punched felt surface undergoes processes such as heat setting and calendering to prevent fiber shedding and avoid secondary contamination.

Working Principle：The filtration method of filter bags utilizes the porous medium of non-woven fabric to separate suspensions. When in operation, under the action of external force, the liquid in the suspension flows out through the pores of the medium, while solid particles are retained inside the filter bag, thus achieving separation.
