Ensure even fluid distribution: The basket's structural design allows the liquid to be filtered to flow evenly across the entire surface of the filter bag, avoiding short-circuiting or localized over-pressure, thus improving filtration efficiency and precision.
Material and Manufacturing Features：
Common materials: To meet corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, and hygiene standards, baskets are mostly made from 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel. In special applications (e.g., highly corrosive environments or food-grade requirements), other alloys or hygienic-compliant materials such as PP (polypropylene) may also be used.
Manufacturing process: The basket surface is polished, with evenly distributed and precisely sized perforations, providing a smooth finish that reduces material adhesion and facilitates cleaning.
Installation and Maintenance Points:

The basket does not need frequent replacement, but when replacing filter bags, inspect the basket for deformation, blockage, or corrosion.
