It allows for switching between units without stopping operations, ensuring continuous production. The device adopts side-inlet/bottom-outlet or top-inlet/bottom-outlet flow patterns, using pressure to force liquid through filter bags inside a stainless steel support basket, achieving solid-liquid separation. The filter bags have a low risk of side leakage, high filtration precision, and are quick and easy to replace.
The Dual Vessel Bag Filter is compact in structure, well-sealed, and easy to operate. Its filtration accuracy ranges from 0.5 microns to several hundred microns, making it suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, water treatment, environmental protection, and other industries, used for filtration, clarification, and purification of various liquids. 
Working Principle
The Dual Vessel Bag Filter is a pressurized filtration device. Its working principle is to use the pressure in the pipeline to push or draw the liquid to be filtered into the filter housing. The liquid typically enters the filter via side-inlet/bottom-outlet, top-inlet/bottom-outlet, or side-inlet/side-outlet flow patterns. The liquid flows through the filter bags supported by a stainless steel mesh basket (or filter basket), where solid impurities are trapped by the filter bags, achieving solid-liquid separation, while the clean liquid passes through the filter bags. Since the liquid enters from the top of the filter bags, it can be evenly distributed across the entire filtration surface, resulting in stable fluid distribution, minimal turbulence, and excellent filtration performance. The filtration accuracy depends on the precision grade of the selected filter bags.
The core of the twin design lies in using switching valves to control the working status of the two parallel filters, allowing both units to operate simultaneously to increase flow rate, or one in use and one on standby. When one filter needs maintenance or filter bag replacement, the system can switch to the other unit to continue operation, thereby ensuring the continuity of the production process and achieving non-stop operation.
