The JQDB-3 Multi- bag filter housing is an enhanced version of the JQDB-2 Multi- bag filter housing, featuring an added clamp quick-opening mechanism. The quick-opening clamp mechanism is a simple, user-friendly, and safe operating system that minimizes downtime, boosts productivity, and reduces worker labor intensity.
The JQDB-3 Multi- bag filter housing can complete lid opening/closing in under 30 seconds, making it especially suitable for applications requiring frequent filter bag replacement.
Features
1.Quick-opening lid for convenient filter bag replacement, minimizing downtime.
2.Top cover opens to 105°, with a locking device when closed.
3.Spring gravity balance device replaces the traditional hand-crank arm, enabling effortless lifting and lowering of the top cover.

Working Principle
The multi-bag filter is a positive-pressure filtration device, mainly composed of a filter cylinder, filter cylinder cover, quick-opening clamp mechanism, and stainless steel filter bag support cages. Filtrate enters the filter bags through the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bags are mounted inside the support cages. Liquid passes through the filter bags of the required precision grade to obtain qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are trapped inside the bags. Filtration involves virtually no material consumption.
