It overcomes the cumbersome and time-consuming bag replacement problems of conventional multi-bag filters. The spring-balanced assist-opening mechanism can be held stationary at any angle, ensuring safety and reliability.
The quick-opening/closing mechanism is the simplest, most user-friendly and safest operating system, minimizing downtime, boosting productivity and reducing operating costs. A unique pressure ring ensures bag sealing. The balancing mechanism of the JQDB-2 Multi- bag filter housing makes opening and closing the top cover effortless. The compact design minimizes liquid loss.

Working Principle
The multi-bag filter is a positive-pressure filtration device, mainly composed of a filter housing, filter cover, quick-opening mechanism, stainless-steel filter bags with support cages, etc. Filtrate enters the bags through the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The bags are mounted inside reinforcement net baskets. Liquid passing through the filter bags of the required precision grade yields qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are trapped inside the bags. Filtration consumes virtually no material.
