Introduction
The barrel of the sanitary grade cartridge filter housing is fully made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel. Each filter is manufactured with strict material selection and exquisite workmanship. It adopts a fully seamless streamlined design with smooth surface and excellent corrosion resistance, and the maximum polishing precision reaches 0.3 μm, which meets the quality requirements for bacterial contamination prevention. The uniquely structured filter sleeve has no dead corners on both inner and outer surfaces and can be completely disassembled for easy cleaning and operation.
This filter is suitable for high-flow sanitary filtration applications. Users can equip it with cartridges of different quantities and specifications according to actual flow demands. It uses pleated filter cartridges as filter elements and can be applied to both liquid and gas filtration.
Features
1.Adopts sanitary design with sanitary polishing on internal and external surfaces up to 0.3 μm. Electropolishing is available as an option.
2.Horizontal inlet and outlet ports facilitate barrel installation, and bolt connection enables easy disassembly.
3.Quick-fit vent and drain valves are fully detachable with no dead corners. The quick couplings can be directly connected to testing instruments.
4.The filter is equipped with fixed cartridge plate as standard; detachable cartridge plate is optional to achieve thorough cleaning.
5.Multiple types of support legs are available, including height-adjustable legs and anchor bolts, to suit various on-site installation needs.
