The barrel of the Sanitary stainless steel filter housing is made of high-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel. Every unit is manufactured with strict material selection and exquisite workmanship. It features a seamless streamlined design with smooth surfaces and excellent corrosion resistance, complying with quality standards for bacteria contamination prevention. Thanks to the unique structure of the filter sleeve, there are no dead corners on both inner and outer surfaces. The sleeve can be fully disassembled and cleaned for easy operation.
Features
1.Sanitary pipeline design without dead corners. The drain port is arranged at the lowest point, making the filter easy to clean with no residual liquid and effective anti-contamination performance.
2.Superior polishing finish: the maximum surface roughness of the inner wall is 0.3 μm, and the outer wall is 0.4 μm. Electropolishing is optional on the basis of mechanical polishing to fully meet sanitary requirements.
3.The barrel adopts three-segment clamps for enhanced sealing performance and higher pressure resistance.
4.Positioning and limiting structure for cartridge holes prevents excessive rotation during cartridge installation.
5.Support legs are fitted with height adjusting nuts for convenient height regulation.
6.Quick couplings are optional for the vent valve, which can be directly connected to testing instruments to avoid filter contamination.
